AFL legend Nathan Buckley’s ex-wife Tania scores $10m windfall with Toorak property sale

Tania Buckley, ex-wife of AFL legend Nathan Buckley, has pocketed a hefty profit after offloading the former couple’s Tudor-style mansion in Toorak.
She listed the luxury five-bedroom house on Stonehaven Court in March last year with initial hopes of $16.8 million to $18 million.
After failing to find a buyer at that price point, the property was withdrawn from the market during the winter months and re-launched in spring with a revised guide of $15 million to $16.5 million.
