Air fryer hack: How to make viral ‘sushi tacos’ with this recipe for Salmon Sushi Tacos with Sweet Chilli Mayo

Ingredients for Taco Shells
- 3 nori sheets
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 2 tbsp Mingle Furikake Seasoning
Ingredients for Filling
- 200g salmon sashimi, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp Mingle Furikake Seasoning (extra, for topping)
Ingredients for Sweet Chilli Mayo
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce
- ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
Method
- Place sushi rice in a large bowl and mix through the furikake seasoning.
- Fold nori sheets in half, then cut into circles.
- Evenly spread seasoned rice over each circle, pressing gently to help it stick.
- Fold into taco shapes and place in the air fryer at 180C for fifteen minutes, or until crispy.
- While the tacos cook, whisk all sweet chilli mayo ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Fill each crispy taco shell with salmon sashimi and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with sweet chilli mayo, then top with chives and extra furikake.
