- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups Oatley barista oat milk
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 punnet of Strawberries, chopped
- 1 punnet of blueberries
- 1 punnet of raspberries, halved
- 1 punnet of blackberries, sliced
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Chopped roasted almonds
- Greek yoghurt
Method
- Combine the oats, oatmilk, chia, maple syrup, vanilla and salt, mix together. Please into the fridge in an air tight container and leave for at least 8 hours/over night.
- In a bowl combine the berries and mix gently.
- To serve add a few scoops of the oats to a bowl, if they are too thick for your liking loosen by mixing in a splash of extra oat milk. Top with the berries, garnish with yoghurt and almonds. Enjoy!
Banana and Peanut Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup Oatley barista oat milk
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you like a thinner texture add an extra splash of oat milk and blend again.
- Serve the smoothie and top with frothed oat milk and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
