Urgent recall issued for ready to go Frisp Oats over allergen concerns
Shoppers have been warned to check their pantries after a popular ready-to-go breakfast product was recalled from Woolworths stores across Australia.
A number of Frisp Oats products were recalled from Woolworths on Monday over concerns of an undeclared allergen.
It was discovered the packaging lacked a warning that the product contained a milk allergen.

By continuing you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.The supplier, Globe Consultancy Services Pty Ltd, initially only issued a recall on its 150g Peanut Butter, Cacao, Blueberry Chia, and Maple Date Chia 150g products.
The oats have been recalled despite the product labels saying the oats are “soaked in plant-based milk”, and coconut milk — which is considered dairy and lactose-free — being listed among the ingredients.
Consumers can work out if they have purchased one of the affected products by checking the best-before date on a single-serve tub.

- Frisp Oats Peanut Butter 150g products with the best before date: 14/01/26.
- Frisp Oats Blueberry Chia 150g products with the best before dates: 29/11/25 and 26/12/25.
- Frisp Oats Cacao 150g products with the best before date: 04/01/26.
- Frisp Oats Maple Date & Chia 150g products with the best before date 02/01/26.
Food Standards Australia has urged consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance not to consume the product and return it to the place of purchase “for a full refund”.
“Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice,” the recall reads.
