Fans of surfing champion Mick Fanning have been given a sneak peek into his new beachside mansion.

Located on the Gold Coast, Fanning and his partner Breeana Randall have engaged luxury construction company GRAYA to manage the design and build of the new home.

The Brisbane-based developers are the same team behind luxury Palm Beach development Kloud, in which Ash Barty has purchased a home, and fitness influencer Adam Sullivan's home Dune.

This news comes after Fanning and Randall sold their former luxury beachfront house earlier this year in a record-breaking sale for $16 million.

Fanning purchased the 1030-square-metre block in 2011 for $3.25 million and demolished the original beach shacks to build a multi-level Hamptons-style house with views of Bilinga Beach.

The couple made the decision to sell the house after stalker Sarah Anne Foote broke into their home and sent several concerning letters to Fanning.

Foote was subsequently sentenced to 15 months in jail for unlawful stalking.

The couple, and parents-of-two, purchased the site for their new home in 2023 for $6.54 million.

A four-bedroom property on the site was demolished to make way for the multi-level mansion.

Sharing details on Instagram, the GRAYA team revealed that the property was named ONDA, after the Spanish word for wave and vibe.

"Positioned on a rare beachside site, ONDA is a celebration of coastal connection and barefoot luxury - where design flows as effortlessly as the tide," the post read.

"Now under construction, ONDA is defined by its sculptural curved facade and interiors that embrace clean lines, natural textures, and coastal light."

The company went on to say that the property would be defined by open and connected spaces that "transition effortlessly to the beachfront" to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.

"Every element has been considered to deliver a home that feels both refined and relaxed."

Renders of the project show a off-white concrete exterior with a curved breeze block feature wall at the front of the home.

The neutral colour palette continues into the interior with special care taken to maximise coastal views.

The beachfront mansion will include a swimming pool, bar, sauna and ice baths.

Having owned many spectacular Queensland properties, Fanning sold his luxury Tungun home for $3.3 million in late 2024.

Overlooking Currumbin Creek, the property drew attention when it was listed due to its 3ft custom-designed skate ramp at the heart of the home.
