Australia's 'Crypto Queen' relists Gold Coast mansion for $4.8 million

Australia's 'Crypto Queen' Sydel Sierra has relisted her Gold Coast mansion with a price guide of $4.8 million via an expression of interest campaign.
Sierra rose to fame in 2017 when she turned $900 into $110,000 in just 90 days.
The founder of Digital Wealth Group then purchased 26 Bitcoins and was given the moniker 'Crypto Queen'.

After this success the mother-of-one retired and purchased her Tamborine Mountain home in December 2021 for $4.63 million.
Now spending her time as a Crypto analyst and coach to other investors, Sierra has relisted the home after failing to sell it during a campaign in 2023.

"It was on the market a couple of years ago, but then I had a baby so we decided to stay in the home for a bit longer while she was a newborn," Sierra said.
Located on a hilltop, the home has uninterrupted panoramic views of Tamborine National Park, the valley to the Gold Coast skyline and the Pacific Ocean.

Sierra reiterated this "peaceful" feature of the home in a statement about the relisting.
"It's perched right on the top of Tamborine Mountain with the most amazing views back to the Gold Coast," she said. "There's always kangaroos and other wildlife in the backyard."

Sierra said she purchased the property with the profits of her Crypto investments as a way to "bank" the proceeds.
"Real estate is a great way to 'bank' the proceeds of Crypto gains as the housing market is also generally seeing growth - and of course, you get to live in it while you own it."

Known as 'Numala Estate', which means "embrace" in the indigenous Yugambeh language, the five-bedroom property sits on 12 acres of picturesque hinterland.
Set over two levels, and with lift access, the home features an entertainers kitchen with butler's pantry, four bathrooms, three living spaces and a home office.

Listed for sale by The Agency, agent Susan King called the home an "entertainer's dream" that showcased "brilliant design, state of the art interiors and seamless indoor and outdoor living."
"The home is split over two levels, offering privacy, peace and wellness with spectacular panoramic views to the coastline and beyond.

"It also has magnificent lush gardens and backs onto the beautiful hinterland - it takes your breath away."
The outdoor spaces are equipped with all the latest health and wellness amenities including a magnesium swimming pool, infrared sauna, ice bath and dedicated home gym.

There's also two large terraces for outdoor dining, as well as a pizza oven and intimate fire pit area.
While this is the second time she's listed the property, Sierra has said she is finally ready to say goodbye.
"It's definitely time to pass it on though, and I think it'd be perfect for another young family."
10/163 Curtis Road, Tamborine Mountain is currently listed for sale by Susan King and Vikki Plehan from The Agency. The home is for sale via an expression of interest campaign and the price guide is $4.8 million.
