Vallance, who was born and raised in Ballarat launched her fashion label in 2011.

She built the sprawling home with her financier husband David Gasan after purchasing the block in 2018 for $4.45 million and demolishing the two-storey house on the site.

Designed by architecture firm Archer Design, the show-stopping home is described on Biller Property agent Paul Biller's listing as a "newly completed, resort-style masterpiece" that epitomises "luxury family living and grand-scale entertaining in a prestigious Vaucluse address".

"Designed with a perfect north-to-rear aspect, the residence commands sweeping Sydney Harbour views across stately, European-inspired manicured gardens," the listing reads.

"Every detail has been meticulously curated, from globally sourced design elements and soaring ceilings to walls of glass and cutting-edge lighting innovations."

A price guide is not published on the listing but reports suggest it could fetch between $25 million and $35 million, up to four times higher than the $8.8 million median house value in Vaucluse.

Reminiscent of a Mediterranean villa, the concrete structure features stone cladding, curved edges and cascading gardens.
