Hollywood actor Richard Roxburgh has lent his star power to create a blockbuster property video for a Greenhills Beach home.

"This project seemed like a fun and creative way to help a couple to sell their family home," said Mr Roxburgh.

"Having bought and sold a home I understand the ups and downs, and I'm wishing Glenn and Lorraine the very best of luck with theirs."

Titled No.33 The Movie, Roxburgh plays a potential buyer who will do anything to stay in the home, including leaping off a second-story balcony into the pool.

The video was shot by award-winning director Nash Edgerton (Mr Inbetween, Bodkin) over two days with a 60-person crew, many of whom are known for working on some of the biggest Hollywood films including The Matrix and Star Wars.

"We set out to make a Hollywood director's version of a property video," said Mr Edgerton. "We looked at various houses and agents, and this one felt like the perfect fit for what we were trying to achieve."

Much like Mr Roxburgh, Mr Edgerton was also keen to assist the family with selling their home.

"For me, it's always about creating something entertaining that people enjoy watching, and in this case, something that also helps sell the house."

The house in question is 33 Shorebird Parade, currently listed for sale by agents Tiffany Perez and Mary Orfanos from Ray White Sutherland Shire Kirrawee.

To create the video, Ms Perez showcased her acting and stunt skills with an appearance in the film.

"This is definitely the most extraordinary property video I've ever done," she said.

"Normally, I'd just do a quick intro and walk-through of a home I'm selling, but in this video, I came flying in by parachute, dropped from the ceiling like something out of a Mission Impossible."

Spread over three levels, the house features five bedrooms, including a parent's retreat, two bathrooms, multiple living and dining areas, designer kitchen and butler's pantry, and resort-style swimming pool.

The property has been owned for six years by firefighter and flight attendant Glenn and Lorraine Jackson.

Ms Jackson said seeing their house turned into a Hollywood set was "surreal".

"Our home was about to go on the market when we got the call from Ray White saying they wanted to give us the red carpet treatment," she said.

"Watching Rake, I never imagined Richard Roxburgh would one day be jumping off our balcony into our backyard pool."

The Jacksons home was singled out by Ray White because it reflects what most buyers are searching for in 2025.

Using their NurtureCloud technology, Ray White uncovered the most commonly searched features were a home close to the water with four-to-five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garden, air conditioning, and a home office.

Ray White Group's CEO of Strategy, Mark McLeod, said the new technology allows the agency "real-time insight" into what buyers are searching for.

"That's what led us to this home," he said. "It represents what Australians want right now, a family home by the water, with space and comfort."

33 Shorebird Parade, Greenhills Beach is currently listed for sale by Tiffany Perez and Mary Orfanos from Ray White Sutherland Shire Kirrawee. An auction is scheduled for November 29 at 11am.
