"Bold, bespoke and utterly breathtaking, this quarter acre beachside home is everything luxury aspires to be," said Ms Samuels in a video showcasing the property.
Built in 1919, the period home features original details including leadlight windows, timber panelling, bay windows and ornate ceilings.

"The facade is every bit as commanding as it is historic, and beyond that, inspired forms, expressive design, and visionary architecture are just the starting point," said Ms Samuels.
Set over two floors, the reinvented home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, home office and library.

On the ground floor is a light-filled extension with show-stopping floor-to-ceiling windows and looking out onto the swimming pool and landscaped backyard.
The main bedroom is separated by a glass walk-bridge and features a private dressing room and spa-like en suite with a stunning circular bath.

True to Ms Henshaw's interest in fitness and wellness, the home has space for a gym or studio, swimming pool, spa and sauna.
Buyer's agent for Mr and Ms Henshaw, Amy Lunardi, said in an Instagram post that the renovation "blew her mind".
"Here's the thing about being a buyer's agent, you find someone a house, but you don't always get to see what they do with it," she said.
Ms Lunardi said that being invited back to the house after helping the couple purchase it off market five years ago made her "a little bit emotional".

"I know what this property looked like before all of this when it was completely raw, but still had so much soul and character."
The news of the sale comes not long after the birth of their first child Atlas, a son born in December 2025.

Ms Henshaw founded fitness and wellness app KIC with Stephanie Claire Smith in 2015, the success of the company landed the two on the Young Rich List in 2021.
Before handing over the reins of KIC to Smiling Mind co-founder Jane Martino, Ms Henshaw was chief executive of the company and has since transitioned into a founder/adviser role.

In a LinkedIn post announcing the news, Ms Henshaw wrote that she always had a "funny relationship with the title".
"When I stepped into the role, we knew it wouldn't be a forever thing and had always hoped we'd get to a stage with the business where we could bring in a leader I could hand the baton over to."
