Cameron Munster

Melbourne Storm playmaker Cameron Munster has built a sizeable property portfolio during his decade of playing in the NRL.
Munster owns multiple properties, including at least one in Melbourne (believed to be a $2.5 million-plus home in the suburb of Kew).

He also owns a series of investment properties in Queensland.
Cotality records indicate the investments include a three-bedroom home in Mooloolaba, which he purchased in May 2020 for $650,000.

Munster also owns a four-bedroom home in Peregian Springs, which he bought in 2016 for $575,000.
It was most recently listed for rent in December 2023 for $820 a week.
Craig Bellamy
The long-time Storm supercoach is renowned for rarely cracking a smile, but his family's extensive range of properties must bring 'Bellyache' some joy.

Having bought and sold multiple properties in Brisbane in the past, and owning a home in Melbourne, Cotality records show the multi-time premiership winner and wife Wendy currently own a series of properties in the Gold Coast beach suburb of Coolangatta.
They include a three-bedroom unit bought for $1.35 million in September 2020; a two-bedroom unit purchased for $540,000 in 2010; and a one-bedroom unit bought for $190,000 in 2002.

The couple also paid $1.45 million for a 252-square-metre block in Coolangatta in 2021.
Last year, the couple sold a $875,000 apartment they had bought in Marine Parade in 2019 for $1.56 million.
Reece Walsh
The Broncos and Queensland speedster made headlines when he purchased a lavish 5433 square metre property last year.

The 23-year-old's sprawling Gold Coast estate was bought for $1.88 million.
The flying fullback's digs feature eight bedrooms across three separate residences.
The main house had been renovated and has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study.

If guests arrive, they could be accommodated in one of two apartments in a second building on the estate.
The professional athlete could also spend time in a gym area, while a dedicated outdoor entertaining area surrounds the pool.
Patrick Carrigan
In early 2024, the Queensland and Broncos forward bought a retro-style house in a popular Gold Coast beachside location.

Cotality records show Carrigan paid $1.61 million for a home in Burleigh Waters.
"Presenting a charming fusion of retro coastal design complemented by a contemporary renovation, this timeless three-bedroom home is the perfect offering for families who love to entertain," the property's marketing states.

Summer weekends are sorted with the sun-drenched in-ground swimming pool and plenty of lawn for the kids to play, while the allure of James Street and Burleigh Beach is just a short five-minute cycle away."
The house also features a rear lounge, which could be used as a gym.
In 2019, Carrigan bought a 1960s-era three-bedroom, one-bathroom house for $640,000 in Holland Park West.
Cotality records indicate he still owns the property.
Payne Haas
Last year, the NSW and Broncos enforcer Payne Haas, 25, splashed out when he bought a luxury $3.55 million house in Bardon.

The property is just a several-minute drive from Suncorp Stadium, the Broncos' home ground.
Sitting on 464 square metres, the house features high-end appliances, a butler's pantry and an open plan across the ground floor from the kitchen and living zone into the alfresco space with a barbecue, pool and lawn area.

There are also five bedrooms, three bathrooms and multiple living rooms.
According to Cotality records, Haas also owns a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Indooroopilly.

The prop purchased the unit for $590,000 in 2019. It was most recently listed for rent in November 2024 for $760 per week.
"With open living spaces, soaring high ceilings, and large windows, the apartment is bathed in natural light and benefits from excellent ventilation, creating an expansive and airy atmosphere," the rental description stated.
Billy Waters
The son of Kangaroos coach and Broncos legend Kevin Waters, Brisbane Broncos hooker turned five-eighth Billy Walters, will be watching from the stands after suffering a season-ending injury against the Raiders.

Walters suffered an ACL injury that will see him undergo surgery and miss up to nine months of footy, including the grand final.
Walters has had luck off the field and assembled an impressive property portfolio in Queensland.
Previously playing for NRL clubs Melbourne and Wests Tigers, Walters has bought a series of properties across Queensland since, with homes located in Chermside West, Redbank Plains and Harristown.
In August, Walters listed the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Chermside West for sale.

Cotality records show Walters and his wife, Rachel, bought the property in March 2021 for $671,000.
The property earned the 31-year-old a decent profit after it was sold within a month of hitting the market for $1,182,500
"Positioned on a generous 602 square metre corner block, this well-presented low-set home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space and functionality," the property's marketing states.
"Boasting a massive entertainer's deck and a large private yard, this property is ideal for those seeking low-maintenance living with plenty of room to relax, entertain or add future value.
"Outdoor entertaining will be a breeze, thanks to the large covered deck featuring external lighting, ceiling fans, and power points."

The home also features air conditioning, timber flooring, a decorative fireplace, casement windows, roller blinds, and a bank of sliding glass doors.
The property also features an electric gate and a secure compound, complete with a separate pedestrian gate for easy access.
Of Walters' investment properties, the home in Redbank Plains is currently rented for $440 a week, while the Harristown, Toowoomba home is rented for $450 a week.
Cotality records show the three-bedroom Redbank Plains property was purchased in November 2022 for $310,000.
The three-bedroom Harristown property was purchased in November 2022 for $415,000.
