London, Ibiza, France: inside the homes of Oasis stars Liam and Noel Gallagher

Britpop legends Oasis touched down in Melbourne this week ahead of their five-date tour of Australia, which kicks off at Marvel Stadium on October 31.
The band, led by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, will play three dates in Melbourne before heading to Sydney for two concerts at Accor Stadium on November 7 and 8.

It's been 20 years since the Wonderwall superstars toured Australia and 16 years since the band imploded after a backstage bust-up in Paris, France, in August 2009 that led Noel to exit the group permanently.
The brothers' long-running feud came to an end last year with the shock announcement that the pair would reunite for a world tour, taking in sold-out shows across the UK, the US, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and South America as part of Oasis Live '25.

The tour is projected to generate more than £400 million in ticket sales and merchandise.
Liam and Noel, who founded the band in Manchester in 1991, have enjoyed lucrative music careers, both with Oasis and as solo artists.
The band's string of anthemic hits includes Don't Look Back in Anger, Little By Little, Rock'n'Roll Star, Champagne Supernova, and Roll With It.

Off stage, the siblings have bought and sold an impressive array of homes along the way.
In the 1990s, singer-songwriter Noel Gallagher's London pad, Supernova Heights, became the stuff of Britpop folklore, with the likes of model Kate Moss among the celebrities known to attend legendary parties at the five-storey brick townhouse.

Named after the band's hit song, Champagne Supernova, the property was purchased by Noel and his wife Meg Matthews in 1997 for £2 million.
Inside, the Belsize Park home featured retro furnishings, leopard-print lounges, psychedelic carpets, and a Mod-inspired bathroom.

From London to Ibiza, Noel snapped up a holiday house on the party island in Spain, buying a lavish £2.5m cliffside villa in 1999.
The property, Casa Atlantis, features six bedrooms and impressive views, but it was sold a decade later when Noel claimed that he could no longer live in the villa where British singer-songwriter James Blunt was a neighbour.

At the time, Noel said that he "could not stand living there in the knowledge that Blunt is nearby making terrible music".
The villa is now available as a holiday rental on One Villas Ibiza, with the description: 'Perched high on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Casa Atlantis offers an unparalleled setting for a holiday with family and friends. This house was built by musician and composer Mike Oldfield and subsequently owned by Noel Gallagher, former Oasis guitarist.'

After splitting from Meg, Noel moved on with his second wife, Sara MacDonald, settling in the Hampshire countryside.
The couple paid £8 million for an 18th-century mansion, complete with a swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court, and a croquet lawn.
Noel retained the house after divorcing MacDonald in 2023; however, reports suggest the split is costing the musician over £20 million.

Oasis frontman Liam, 53, moved to London from Manchester in the 1990s, married to British TV star Patsy Kensit from 1997 to 2000.
During their union, the couple shared a four-storey townhouse in Primrose Hill, neighbouring the likes of TV chef Jamie Oliver, who would cop Liam's late-night antics on the way home from the local pub.

"I got told off for throwing stones at his windows, pissed-up, asking him to chuck down some bacon rolls," Liam said in a 2016 interview.
Liam then moved on with All Saints pop singer Natalie Appleton, sharing a £5 million house on the edge of Hampstead Heath in North London between 1999 and 2003.
The couple also purchased a £3 million house in the ritzy town of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, and a £2.5 million two-bedroom apartment in the famous Art Deco building, Essex House, in New York City.

With that marriage now over, too, Liam is engaged to manager Debbie Gwyther.
Together, the pair live in a palatial £4m mock Tudor 1920s mansion in the North London suburb of Highgate, which features a gym, sauna, ballroom, and meditation room.
The couple also owns a six-bedroom château near Cannes on the French Riviera, purchased in 2023 for a reported £3 million to £4 million.

The 18th-century property, known as The Perfumed Garden, is situated among vineyards and olive groves and features a swimming pool.
Liam spoke of his fondness for France in 2017, telling the Sunday Mirror: "I'm definitely moving to Paris," he said.
"By the time I am 50, I am going to live in Paris. I will rock a beret easy. I'll rock the onions as well and a stripy thing and a wonky bike with a baguette on my arm. I'll rock that... We love it, and Debbie speaks French, so she can do all the ordering."
