Forget wine bars and cigar rooms, the latest trend in property features are wellness facilities.

Think saunas, swimming pools, steam rooms and cold plunge pools, these are the optional extras that buyers are looking for.

Ray White's Luxury Report 2025 revealed that properties with dedicated wellness features were commanding up to 10 to 25 per cent more than comparable properties without them.
