Cotality records show Kent paid $615,000 for the house, which has a circular yurt-inspired design.

Although the property has to hit the market officially, Ray White Tambourine Mountain selling agent Katie Katsberg has listed the property on the agency's website.
Kent has extensively renovated the home and set up an Instagram account to document the makeover @jessicayurt
In 2023, Kent posted: 'Home renovations are always a surprise! We have to take the good with the bad for this journey though. Jessica has come SUCH a long way recently but that definitely wasn't without her bumps'.
According to Kent, those 'bumps' included tiling and retiling, backyard plumbing, 'surprise electrical fixes' and roof damage from heavy rain.

Described on the listing as "your own mountain sanctuary", the floorplan comprises multiple living areas, including an open-plan, dining and kitchen area that flows out to the deck.
The open-plan area is described as "designed for entertaining and everyday living", with large windows capturing natural light and framing views of the expansive deck and lush greenery.

Zen-like gardens surround the home and create the perfect space to unwind and relax with the inclusion of a meditation deck.
Upstairs has two spacious bedrooms, including a master suite complete with an ensuite and an adjoining office.

Downstairs has a self-contained granny flat offering dual living potential, while the oversized laundry provides options as a versatile multi-purpose space.
Features include large timber windows and a revamped kitchen with blue cabinetry and a striking tiled splashback.

Situated on Magnetic Drive, the home is minutes from local cafes, shops, and the trails of Tamborine Mountain National Park.
Kent posted on Instagram that she took inspiration for the renovation from the TV show Space Invaders, looking at ways to be resourceful and eco-friendly in her decor choices.

She wrote: 'We love an up-cycle and repurpose'.
Although she was born on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Kent is now based in Melbourne.
Since appearing on Gogglebox Australia, Kent has appeared as a contestant on programs including Channel 10's I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here and the 2019 season of The Bachelorette.

She has twice appeared on Channel 7's Dancing with the Stars and has a hosting role on the Nine Network's lifestyle TV show, Space Invaders.
In 2021, she made her acting debut after scoring a role in the horror film The Possessed alongside Wolf Creek star John Jarratt and ex-Home & Away actor Lincoln Lewis.
This year, Kent documented her solo journey to motherhood on the Channel Nine program, Big Miracles.

Single and facing multiple fertility-related conditions, including PCOS, endometriosis and PMDD, Kent decided to undergo IVF in the hope of creating and freezing embryos she can use for her future family.
"I really want to have a baby on my own first. If I have a baby with someone else down the track, then amazing - but I wanted to do this first," she told 9Entertainment.
She also released a book, If You Don't Laugh You'll Cry.
