It has most recently been listed as a rental, attracting $1200 a week in rent.
The apartment is set over two levels and has city skyline views, including a vista of the Anzac Bridge.

Listed to go to auction on October 4, it is the latest sale for the Pitch Perfect star, who has transacted on a number of properties she has held both internationally and in Australia.

She initially bought that property in 2016 for around $US2.95 million.

Her biggest purchase in the area was a waterfront house in the suburb of Birchgrove.
She bought the home on Sydney harbour, which she used as an Australian bolthole, for $3.76 million in 2015.
She oversaw a grand renovation on the home on the highly desirable Louisa Road.
That investment, which saw a major redesign by architect Paul Connor, paid off with the home then selling for $9.5 million.
