The newly built European-style main residence with a limestone facade sits in an elevated position. While the backdrop is towering Australian gums, the house gardens lean to a more formal European style.

Arriving at the home is an experience in itself, with a grand driveway lined by mature plane trees leading to the main residence.

Within steps of the house there is also a koi-filled lake which provides a tranquil backdrop.

The stunning seven-bedroom main house was the vision of owners, Kyara Larcombe an interior designer and stylist and founder of The Property Stylist, and her husband venture capitalist Clayton Larcombe.

Materials, architectural details and furniture were sourced from around the world to create a bespoke interior.

That includes reclaimed French oak flooring that was sourced from a historical church in the French region of Normandy. Hand-picked vintage chandeliers from Europe throughout the home also provide atmosphere.

The main kitchen is a drawcard of the home with two large marble islands, a curved window seat and bespoke steel-framed windows that provide views to the surrounding gardens.

The main living area is another gem with the feature parquetry floor, grand proportions and french doors opening to the outdoor limestone-paved courtyard terrace and 14-metre heated swimming pool.

An outdoor fireplace and a manicured lawn provide another venue for outdoor entertaining, while a dedicated wellness centre includes a designer-style gym and sauna.

The emphasis has been on "evoking quiet opulence rather than overt display".

This is reflected in the subdued but stylish interiors throughout the main residence which also includes four large bedrooms, an attic guest room, study and library.

Lift access in the multistorey home provides accessibility throughout the home.

A separate guesthouse provides a private retreat for visiting family and friends. It features a luxurious lounge with its own fireplace, a full kitchen, two bedrooms with bathrooms and a private garage.

For those willing to share the grounds of this private retreat the property has permission to host a limited number of luxury weddings each year.

The property is being sold through an Expressions of Interest campaign which closes on March 10 at 5pm.
