The Bachelor stars Sam and Snezana Wood are readying to sell their luxury home in the Melbourne suburb of Elsternwick.
Whitefox Real Estate listing agent Lana Samuels posted a sneak peek of the couple’s stunning property via Instagram this week, calling it “the one”.
The couple, who met on season three of reality TV show The Bachelor in 2015, purchased the early 1900s-era house in 2018 for $3.31 million.

“What if I told you we found the perfect double-fronted Victorian home in the heart of Elsternwick that’s fully renovated, architectural, and has everything that you need,” Ms Samuels said in a post to Instagram.
“Well, I think we found the one.”
A glimpse into the home shows a large extension at the rear of the original five-bedroom, three-bathroom Victorian-style home.
Inside features arched doorways, dark parquetry flooring, high ceilings and black steel frame windows.
The home’s theme is black and white in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and on the exterior.
Outside is a patio and a sun deck with loungers overlooking an enormous lap pool.
The sneak peek attracted high praise on Instagram, with one person commenting, “A masterpiece,” and another stating: “I’m ready .... I just wish my budget was!”.
Sam and Snezana have decided to sell up two years after Wood sold his online fitness subscription business, 28 by Sam Wood, for a whopping $82 million to Melbourne wellness business, myDNA.
The cashed-up couple could also be on the hunt for a bigger home to accommodate their growing family of six.
The pair have four children: Eve, Willow, Charlie and Harper.
Sam and Snezana aren’t the only couple from The Bachelor selling up.
Jimmy Nicholson and his wife, Holly Kingston have sold their North Bondi apartment on the eve of the birth of their first child.
On Monday, the pair announced the news on Instagram, posing in front of a ‘sold’ sign outside the property they had called home for the last five years.
The property was set for auction on November 19 with a guide of $1.4 million to $1.5 million but sold prior.
The couple purchased the two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for $1.42 million in 2021, not long after they got together on The Bachelor.
“The end of a chapter & the start of an even greater one,” the couple wrote on the Instagram post.
“Selling our beloved little apartment and buying a house wasn’t necessarily on our bingo card at 8 months pregnant, but let’s just say there’s no challenging a woman in the nesting phase.
“We bought our unit together after meeting on Bach having only had a few televised dates and a handful of moments without a film crew.
“We were inspecting homes together via FaceTime whilst still living in secret before the show had even aired... so maybe the saying “when you know, you know” is true.
“We cannot wait to share this next chapter of our lives with you as a family of 3 as we move to our dream first house on the Northern Beaches where we both grew up. Let the DIY begin.”
