“It’s for people looking for something special.”

The property is the ultimate in understated luxury.

The home itself is extremely private and accessed by a 250m avenue lined by mature trees.

The diverse buildings and facilities, including the main residence, and studio, along with the tennis court and pavilion and pool, are also thoughtfully positioned with garden areas and a flowing creek creating a peaceful backdrop.

The stunning gardens and natural surroundings are captured through the large expanses of windows throughout the home.

The open-plan living and dining area, which features floor-to-ceiling steel-framed windows, has a northerly aspect ensuring the area is flooded with natural sunlight.

The living area is the perfect place to unwind and features warm oak floors and a granite fireplace.

The adjoining kitchen has the highest quality finishes and appliances.

Along with an 1800mm AGA cooker, there is also an inbuilt pizza oven, a separate butler’s pantry and a large island with an ebony stone benchtop.

The main living area connects with large terraced decks that lead to the swimming pool.

The property is very much made for entertaining both inside and out.

A stand-alone “man cave” features two living areas with kitchenettes, along with guest accommodation including two bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

Tennis is also an option with a full-sized tennis court and an adjoining tennis pavilion.

“There is the opportunity to enjoy every moment of this property,” said Mr Hines.

The property is selling through private sale with an asking price of $12.5 million.
