The Norrises, who collectively boast 8.1 million followers on YouTube and 5.5 million across their Instagram accounts, splashed $15.2 million to secure the house on Brighton Boulevard in 2022.
A $5 million renovation and redesign of the two-storey house by architect Nick Tobias transformed it into a luxury coastal-style five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with a separate studio and a plunge pool.

They moved into the house in 2024.
Raine & Horne Double Bay listing agent Ric Serrao, who oversaw the sale in 2022, is handling the marketing for the property at 117 Brighton Boulevard.

Set in a sought-after pocket of North Bondi, the property has elevated ocean views across Bondi Beach and the coastline.
Designed with a functional family layout and coastal interiors with a combination of oak, marble and glass, the house spans two levels.

The ground floor has an expansive open-plan living, kitchen and dining space at the rear with a Calacatta marble chef's kitchen with high-end appliances including a Liebherr fridge and freezer.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private backyard with a sun deck and plunge pool.

The ground floor includes the main bedroom with an ensuite, walk-in robe and a built-in window seat.
There is also a media room, a laundry and a powder room.
A collection of portraits hung on the walls throughout the house reveal the famous family who live in the home.

Upstairs is a dedicated kids' retreat with four bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a second living room and a mosaic-tiled main bathroom with heated flooring.
There is also a separate studio.

The Norris Nuts aren't moving too far.
The family is in the process of rebuilding the house next door which they bought in 2023, also with Mr Serrao, for $14.2 million, and has reportedly moved into another investment property in North Bondi.

The Norris family has built a lucrative career producing online content for YouTube.
Video updates on The Norris Nuts YouTube channel documented the family's move to Bondi after selling a string of properties in their hometown of Newcastle.
Their property buying spree included securing the two side-by-side homes and a whole block of units in North Bondi.
The median house value in North Bondi is $5.1 million, according to Cotality.

The Norris Nuts established a following of 8.1 million subscribers on YouTube by posting clips of their day-to-day lives and challenge videos.
The family's revenue is reported to be around $10,000 a day from ads on their YouTube and other social media channels.
Making moves in property
In May last year, the Norrises sold two properties in Newcastle, including a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 55 Kenrick Street in Merewether.

The property was transacted for $4.4 million.
Cotality records show the Norris family paid an astonishing $4.1 million for the 1012 square metre property in 2020.
One month earlier, the family's investment property at 20 Ravenshaw Street in The Junction sold in an off-market deal for $1.91 million.

Sales records show the 1930s two-bedroom, one-bathroom weatherboard home previously sold in 2019 for $1.13 million.
According to videos posted on the YouTube channel, the family intended to move from Newcastle to the Gold Coast to build their "dream home" after buying a huge double block at Broadbeach Waters in June 2021 for $6.5 million.

However, those plans were scrapped in favour of Sydney after they listed the Gold Coast property for sale in late 2022, complete with architectural plans for a seven-bathroom, seven-bedroom house including an indoor slide.
The 2166 square metre block sold at auction for $6.42 million in December 2023.
In 2015, the Newcastle Herald reported that the Norris family, then a family of six, sold their Newcastle East terrace on Stephenson Place for $1.305 million to move into a bigger home at The Junction which they purchased for $1.05 million.

Then in 2021, Justin listed his former Justin Norris Swim Centre for sale after selling his interest in the business at the start of 2020.
The building at 6 Sandringham Avenue, Thornton sold for $1.89 million in March 2021.
