An expat living in Bali has revealed the sad reason why she “had to move out of her villa” on the holiday island.

On March 20, Hollie’s beloved rescue dog, Tiko, went missing while out with a dog walker at Seseh Beach.

It is understood the dog walker went to use a nearby bathroom but the Pomeranian mix had vanished when they returned.

Despite offering “an enormous amount of money” as a reward for his return, posting public appeals on social media and searching for the two-year-old pup, Tiko has still not been found.

Hollie has now made the decision to move out of the house she shared with Tiko and her other rescue dog, Rio.

“I have had to move out of my villa because I f***ing hate the reminder that my dog is not there anymore,” she said in a TikTok video.

“I hated sleeping in my bed because he used to sleep right next to me, and it felt so wrong to be there.”

The travel influencer asked her followers to stop asking if Tiko had been found.

“As much as I appreciate how much everyone has looked out for him, I think it’s a little bit cruel to comment on everyone single one of my videos asking ‘have you found your dog?’ because it’s a constant reminder,” she said.

“I am trying to get on with my life because it’s been over a month. . . and I’m trying to stay positive.

“If you don’t see an update it’s because there is no update.”
