The newest leader of the Opposition took a stroll out of Parliament House on Friday following his triumph over Sussan Ley, walking alongside his new Deputy Jane Hume.
As they walked, camera crews and photographers scrambled to get the best angle of the newest head honcho — and News Corp photographer Martin Ollman took it upon himself to make a splash with a front page-worthy picture of his own.

Talk about diving head first into a job!
Fortunately for Ollman, the new Lib leader was a good sport about the situation and laughed it off, helping the soaked photographer out of the water and holding a camera as the frazzled shutterbug composed himself.


Although every other camera operator on sight took the opportunity to capture the hilarious moment, leaving Ollman red faced and dripping wet after producing the second spill in Canberra.
