Barnaby Joyce denies allegation he yelled at female staff member in Michelle Landry’s office

Barnaby Joyce has denied allegations he yelled at a female staff member in Nationals whip Michelle Landry’s office on Wednesday morning.
The staff member had lodged a formal complaint with the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service after the dispute over a leave form.
According to a Sky News report, the New England MP had become disgruntled when he was asked to fill in the form to attend a funeral on Thursday rather than sit in Parliament.

A spokeswoman from David Littleproud’s office said the Nationals leader wouldn’t be commenting on the allegations.
“The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service has trusted confidential processes and support to deal with workplace issues in Parliament House,” she said.
“Therefore, it would not be appropriate to comment.”
It comes after questions remain over his political future after Mr Joyce cast himself into political limbo as Parliament returned this week.
He had snubbed the Nationals party room meeting on Monday but denied rumours he was joining One Nation.
