Gold Coast midfielder Christian Petracca and his wife Bella have announced they’re expecting their first child together.
The pair revealed the joyous news to fans and the wider footy public on Monday, posting a smiley image to Instagram that featured an ultrasound of their unborn child.
“Baby boy on the way 🐣🩵🩵,” the post was captioned.

Christian and his wife Bella — a lawyer — married in December 2024 at Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Garden surrounded by Demons teammates.
The nuptials followed a particularly challenging period for the 221-gamer, who spent much of the 2024 AFL season recovering from a lacerated spleen, four broken ribs and a punctured lung suffered during his side’s King’s Birthday clash against Collingwood in June.

The couple had previously become engaged in 2022, with the AFL gun proposing in Italy’s picturesque Lake Como.
He has played nine games this season for the Suns.
