Fremantle will return to finals football for only the second time in a decade after holding off the Bulldogs in Melbourne.

A win also locked the Dockers into a home final in the first week of September with a fifth or sixth-placed finish.

Adding to the high stakes was the prospect of a loss leading to the end of Nat Fyfe’s career, with arguably the greatest-ever Docker set to bow out at season’s end.

Stay across all the action here.

That’s a wrap!

Fremantle and West Coast have wrapped up their home-and-away seasons in dramatically different circumstances.

The Eagles claimed another spoon while the Dockers will be playing a home elimination final.

We will be back for Fremantle’s home final with the opponent decided by tonight’s match between Brisbane and Hawthorn.

Until next time, farewell!

Everything you need to know for Dockers’ first final

Fremantle barged their way into finals - and booked a home eliminator while they were at it - with Sunday’s gutsy road win over the Western Bulldogs.

Here’s what we know about the Dockers’ 2025 finals opener so far.

Voss the finals boss!

“If I play 10 games I’ve had a bloody good year,” Patrick Voss tells Channel 7.

Well he’s done just a little bit better than that!

Voss has been one of the outstanding improvers for the Dockers this year but remains humble.

“Luck. The other boys in the forward line really help me. Jye and Josh really help me and we all got a lick of the ice cream today which is good,” he said.
