A shirtless Brockman, 23, charged towards a man before allegedly throwing a punch, knocking him onto the pavement.

Brockman then appeared to bolt towards another person, who was left clutching their head on the floor.

“It’s not me. It’s not me, bro. What did I do?” they could be heard saying.

Management for the former Hawthorn player told 7NEWS they believe the footballer may have been acting in self-defence.

West Coast said they are “aware of an incident” involving Brockman and are providing support to him while they “gather all relevant information”.

It is not the first time the footy star has been in trouble while visiting Geraldton.

In 2024, Brockman was fined $1400 and stood down from football for a month after crashing his car into a pole and fleeing under what a magistrate said were “deeply suspicious circumstances”.

The young forward’s contract with the Eagles runs until the end of the 2026 season.
