“My girls 😍💕,” Adam wrote in the comments.
The post was quickly flooded with likes and comments from family, friends and other athletes.
“Perfection 🥹🩷,” Millie’s Roosters teammate Brydie Parker wrote.
“Congrats lovely! Beautiful little fam bam,” former Australian rugby player Alicia Quirk said.
Swimming superstars Shayna Jack and Jenna Strauch were also among the many to congratulate the happy couple.
The couple announced their impending arrival in March, with Millie forced to miss the Jillaroos’ historic clash against England in Las Vegas.
Millie won the NRLW premiership with the Roosters last season before ending the year on a high with the Jillaroos, claiming victory in the Pacific Championships.
She obviously was ruled out for this season as the Roosters finished top of the table and look primed for another tilt at the premiership ahead of finals this weekend.
Meanwhile, Adam was limited to just seven appearances for the Knights as they finished last on the ladder.
The Elliotts married in late 2023 and celebrated with an epic pier jump into the ocean.
The rugby league stars tied the knot in a low-key affair at the Shoal Bay Country Club, just north of Newcastle.
The wedding came two years after their relationship was made public in bizarre circumstances.
Busted kissing in the toilet of a Gold Coast restaurant, Adam was sacked by Canterbury while he was fined $10,000 for bringing the game into disrepute.
Millie later mocked the situation on Instagram: “Lost a milli. gained a Millie.”
Adam has a five-year-old son, Lenny, from a previous relationship.
