* Tokyo champion Australia’s Matt Wearn is guaranteed a gold or silver medal in the men’s dinghy competition (9.13pm) after the gold medal race was rescheduled due to poor weather conditions.

* Reigning world champion Nina Kennedy will be looking to bag her first ever Olympic medal in the women’s pole vault (2.15am) after qualifying in equal first.

* Matt Denny is hoping to nab a podium position in the men’s discus throw final (4.25am).
