Kerr, 31, is alleged to have used insulting, threatening or abusive words that caused alarm or distress to an officer identified as PC Lovell in Twickenham on January 30, 2023.

Media in the UK reported Kerr called the officer a “stupid white b***ard” during a dispute over a taxi fare.

Kerr, who pleaded not guilty to the charge in a London court in March, denies the allegation.

A trial is scheduled for next month.

Kerr is one of Australia’s best known and most recognisable figures, especially after the Matildas’ run to the semi-finals of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023.
