Andrew and Tristan are facing rape and human trafficking charges in their current residence in Romania, having served jail time and later house arrest since their detainment in 2022.

These latest events come after Andrew won an appeal in August 2023 to be released from house arrest as he awaits trial on a date yet to be determined.

The brothers were told they were able to travel freely throughout Romania but were not at liberty to leave the country.

Andrew Tate achieved notoriety for his controversial attitudes towards growing financial wealth and gender standards.

The 37-year-old is a former kickboxer and entrepreneur, with a legion of online fans who follow him and have bought into his views on “toxic masculinity”.

More to come.
