Eleisha Skinner: Beloved pageant queen crushed by her own car in freak accident at student accommodation

A beloved beauty queen has been killed after she was crushed by her own car outside of her uni accommodation.
Eleisha Skinner, 21, was outside of her student accommodation in High Wycombe, northwest of London, when the freak accident occurred.
The Buckinghamshire New University student had been unpacking her parked car when it began to roll towards her, pinning her against a wall.

The former beauty queen unfortunately could not be saved and died three days after the incident on January 8.
Her cause of death was anoxic brain injury from asphyxia compression, according to her post mortem exam.
The family of Ms Skinner launched a GoFundMe to raise funds for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance Service.
“With the amazing response of the emergency services, we were able to spend her last few days with her,” they said.
“The air ambulance doctor was fantastic , we would like to raise funds in Eleisha’s name to support this charity, so they can continue the amazing work that they do.”
The Faversham Carnival Club posted a tribute to the 21-year-old, who was crowned Miss Faversham in 2022.
“It is with deep regret and sadness that we have to let you know that our beautiful Miss Faversham 2022, Eleisha Skinner, died on 8th January following a tragic accident,” they said.
“Eleisha was a fantastic Ambassador for Faversham and a truly lovely girl. We all have some lovely memories of our time spent with her. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this devastating time. Eleisha will be missed by so many.”
According to KentOnline, her devastated parents Nigel and Clare Skinner, said: “We are utterly devastated by the sudden loss of our precious girl.
“Writing these words feels unimaginable, yet we want the world to know who she truly was: a kind, selfless, passionate young woman who always put others before herself.
“Nothing was ever too much for Eleisha. She had a heart of gold and a smile that could light up any room.”
The 21-year-old was studying at Buckinghamshire New University and had aspirations to become a social worker.
