A tattooed beauty influencer has told fans, “It feels so great to be ALIVE” from a hospital bed, after surviving being stabbed 10 times in an alleged horror attack by her ex-boyfriend.

Horrified viewers watched on, with some alerting authorities, as the argument intensified, with footage reportedly capturing her screams, as well as blood splatters on the floor and furniture, according to the New York Post. With the publication also reporting the knife snapped because of the intensity of the attack.

The young mum was rushed to hospital and underwent emergency surgery for multiple stab wounds to her back, head, hand and foot — with photos and a video posted on her Instagram showing her wounds stitched up and bandaged.

A manhunt is reportedly underway for her ex-boyfriend, Alex Olievira.

Ms Abrahao, who regularly flaunts bikinis, cash, fashion, and a luxury lifestyle to her 284,000 Instagram followers, shared an update from hospital on Wednesday, along with photos of herself surrounded by bunches of flowers.

“It feels so great to be ALIVE!!!!” she wrote. “My gratitude will be eternal! GOD gave me a second chance and I’m going to use it the best way I can!

“Surviving 10 stabs wasn’t just a miracle, it was a revival. In the midst of pain, fear, and uncertainty, I found strength in my little Serena. They were the worst hours of my life but when she came to my mind, I knew I needed to live for her!”

She went on to thank from the bottom of her heart all the doctors, nurses, first responders and “all the hands who fought for my life”.

“A special thank you to my neighbour Renato who stopped the bleeding until PM arrived and my aunt Marcela who called an ambulance and picked up my daughter from school before something could happen to her too,” Ms Abrahao wrote.

“Eternal gratitude to my parents who stopped their lives to be by my side at this delicate moment.”

The tattooed beauty was grateful for “every prayer, every positive thought, every word of support” she’d received.

“Life has shown me how fragile it is and at the same time, how strong we can be in the face of impossible,” he said.

“I am in here. And that alone is reason enough to thank God immensely EVERY DAY!”
