A popular OnlyFans star has fallen to her death from a hotel balcony while filming a kinky threesome.
Anna Polly was with three men in a room on the eighth floor of the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguacu in Brazil when she slipped while climbing onto the railing.
The risque influencer, who had a big following in South America, and the men had been drinking and had taken drugs minutes before the tragedy on January 23.

At the time of the 27-tear-old’s death, police said it was a complex case and did not rule out any possibility.
However, authorities this week ruled her death accidental.
Polly’s boyfriend Pedro Henrique posted on social media that she was buried on January 25.
“It’s so difficult without you,” he said.
“‘As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”
A friend of Polly’s said: “She had loads of plans, she wanted to expand her presence on social media and she always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects.
‘This news has left everyone stunned.”
