Photos from Liam Payne’s Buenos Aires hotel room emerge following death from balcony fall
Photos showing the hotel room in which former One Direction star Liam Payne was staying when he died after falling from the balcony have emerged online.
It is understood Payne, 31, fell from the third floor of CasaSur Palermo Hotel shortly after 5pm on Wednesday (local time), with his body reportedly found in an internal courtyard.

On a table, the surface is seen littered with tin foil, white powder, a lighter, and scorch marks on the wood.
A charred aluminium drink can lid showing signs of being heated sits beside a Dove soap packet and a lighter.
The TV screen is shattered and nearby sits a half-empty Champagne flute.
CasaSur Palermo Hotel can cost upwards of $A400 a night and has 61 rooms and a four-star rating.
It’s located about 20 minutes northwest of Buenos Aires CBD in the neighbourhood of Palermo.
Payne was staying in Argentina with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy who left the country for the US on Tuesday.
They were there to watch Payne’s former bandmate Niall Horan perform earlier this month.
According to La Nacion the local police station was called by the hotel manager who reported “an aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol”.
The fall was reportedly 13m to 14m and Payne suffered “very serious injuries incompatible with life”.
Emergency services can be seen outside the hotel, where a red tent is set up around the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
Payne rose to global fame as part of the British boy band sensation One Direction, who formed on The X Factor UK in 2010 and went on to become one of the best-selling boy bands of all time.
Following the group’s split, Payne embarked on a solo career, releasing singles such as Strip That Down and Stack It Up.
On October 2 Payne was spotted at former bandmate Niall Horan’s concert in Argentina.
His bandmates have not yet made a public statement about his death.
Payne is father to seven-year-old son, Bear, whom he shares with singer Cheryl Cole.
