Prince William dons camouflage fatigues as Kensington Palace pays tribute to Armed Forces Day in the UK
The Prince and Princess of Wales have joined ranks with the UK’s military members to help mark Armed Forces Day in a social media viceo clip.
The video shows Prince William’s work marking D-Day’s 80th anniversary earlier this month alongside veterans.
The overall 40-second video is a compilation of previous clips due to Kate Middleton’s private recovery from cancer tereatment, but has nevertheless been praised as a “beautiful tribute”.

Armed Forces Day is held each year in the UK as to commemorate the work of members of the military, their families, veterans and cadets in the overall defence community.
It follows a week in which the UK public are urged to show their appreciation for the armed forces.
