In one image, the toddler is seen holding the ball, which resembles a woman’s breast, while another frame image shows Andrew crouched on the carpet as they play.

A separate photo appears to capture him sitting beside the child on a sofa inside the property.

The resurfaced images of Andrew come after he was “shattered” following his arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office on his 66th birthday.

An insider close to Andrew claimed that the timing of the arrest — which unfolded on Thursday — left the former prince reeling.

“He is shattered at the thought of his every email now being in the hands of the police”, the insider said.

Emails released by the US Department of Justice appear to show that Andrew forwarded official documents and other internal material to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2010, when he was a government envoy.

Police are believed to be combing through property linked to Andrew , with a source citing that officers would be conducting thorough searchers.

“Officers will be looking at all potential evidence, including computers, phones and other tech devices,” a police spokesman said.

Andrew has denied wrongdoing and has expressed regret for his friendship with Epstein.

He said that he never saw any sex crimes.

His office did not respond to a request for comment following his arrest and he has not spoken publicly since the files became public.

Detectives are also expected to examine any material connected to Jeffrey Epstein as part of their inquiries, amid ongoing scrutiny surrounding Andrew’s past.
