Royal insiders have revealed Sarah Ferguson’s humiliating final moments before she was kicked out of the Royal Lodge alongside Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The former Duchess of York has been facing immense public scrutiny for her own connection to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Last week, a fresh set of shocking emails was released to the public, which further exposed Ms Ferguson’s close relationship with the child sex offender.

It’s understood Ms Ferguson had been preparing for the worst, repeatedly sneaking in and out of the Windsor mansion for weeks prior. This is a far cry from Andrew’s approach.

The disgraced former prince had been spotted swanning around the grounds countless times and was even caught waving to the public after he was stripped of his title.

Now, The Mirror has exposed the unsightly departure of Ms Ferguson from the home she shared with her ex-husband.

She was seen surrounded by Amazon packages and laying low in the backseat of a car on February 2 as she was driven away from the Royal Lodge under the cover of darkness on Monday night.

This comes after she had been “smuggled” in and out of the estate multiple times while lying flat on the back seat of the car according to the Daily Mail.

Her two daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have been among royal family members left reeling after a particularly disturbing email she sent was released to the public last week.

The message dated September 17, 2009, sees Ms Ferguson describe a woman to Epstein.

“She is single and (has) a great body”.

He replied: “OK well marry me and then we will employ her”

In a 2010 email, she called Epstein a “pillar”.

It’s understood Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was also vacated from the property at “midnight”, before he had even finished packing.

Royal insiders said the final straw was the sight of him horse riding around the property and waving as if nothing had happened.

Among the onslaught of horrifying Epstein files was a photo of Andrew crouched over a woman on all fours.

Further, a statement from Ghislaine Maxwell, the only person imprisoned in relation to Jeffrey Epstein’s web of abuse, appeared to confirm the authenticity of the photo capturing Andrew alongside Virginia Giuffre when she was just 17-years-old.

Andrew had consistently denied that this photo was real.

It was her posthumous memoir which cast Andrew further into public disgrace and ultimately led to King Charles formally stripping him of his princely title on October 30, 2025.
