Meghan Markle has jeopardised her safety by revealing personal details about her life, a senior Buckingham Palace insider has claimed.

The Duchess of Sussex recently made comments about the location of her local yoga classes and now people are concerned she has put herself at risk of being kidnapped.

Meghan has resided in California with husband Prince Harry since 2020, with the couple raising their two young children Archie and Lilibet in Montecito.

However, the mother might have given too much away in a recent interview with People Magazine when she admitted to attending local yoga and Pilates classes with her girlfriends.

“I go to group classes that sometimes have 40 to 50 people in them and just walk in like, ‘Hi!’” Meghan told the outlet.

“Of course, at the beginning, that felt like a lot. By the way, I think anybody walking into a yoga class with 50 people when you’re one of the last people that walk in and everyone looks up, it’s going to feel a little uncomfortable!”

She then went on to say that sometimes she attends the classes alone.

Following the comments, a senior Buckingham Palace insider told RadarOnline.com that criminals have been discussing her location online and could be plotting an attempt to kidnap the public figure.

“It beggars belief that she could be quite so lax as to discuss she attends local yoga classes,” the insider said.

“We know for a fact that this is already being discussed on sites like Telegram which are used by terror groups and lone wolf kidnappers.

“On the one hand you’ve got Harry bleating the UK authorities won’t pay his security costs and on the other, you’ve got his wife skipping down the road with her yoga mat under her arm and blabbing the details to the world. She is leaving herself wide open to criminal elements.”

The yoga comments follow mixed reviews of the royal’s eight-part reality Netflix series titled With Love, Meghan, which dropped on March 4.

The show pulls back the curtain on Markle’s home life, with the bubbly figure hosting high-profile chefs and friends as she offers viewers cooking and gardening tips.

Her next venture, a podcast titled Confessions of a Female Founder, is her second after Archetypes and is set for release on April 8.
