King Charles spotted leaving Windsor Castle after Russian media claimed cancer-stricken Royal died
King Charles has been spotted in a vehicle leaving Windsor Castle hours after Russian media speculated he had died.
The 75-year-old, who is continuing cancer treatment, was photographed sitting in the back of a black royal limousine as he left his Berkshire home on his way to Clarence House in London on Tuesday.
The photo emerged hours after the British embassy was forced to issue an official statement confirming that the King was, in fact, alive, shutting down Russian media claims he was dead.

An image of a fake statement from “Buckingham Palace” reporting His Majesty’s “unexpected death” was circulated on social media.
The update of seeing King Charles in the flesh comes after the Princess of Wales was also spotted out in public following concerns about her health status.
Kate and the royal family continue to be picked apart since the Princess was admitted for planned “abdominal surgery” in January.
Following the successful surgery, Kate had not been seen in public since December last year, which ultimately led to many crazy conspiracy theories about her whereabouts.
However, before the surgery, the palace did advise they wouldn’t be providing a running commentary on Kate’s health but would only share “significant” updates going forward.
Speculation reached an all-new high when the palace released a “manipulated” photo of Kate surrounded by her three children to celebrate Mother’s Day in the UK.
Eagle-eyed social media sleuths quickly noticed the image appeared to have been Photoshopped, and it was “killed” by major photo agencies.
The editing failure of the now-viral photo was addressed by the Princess herself in an apology she posted to social media.
“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day.”
On Tuesday, the Prince and Princess were spotted out and about together shopping near Windsor Farm.
Kate is still expected to return to her royal duties next month.
