Queen Mary shares shock reaction to Princess Isabella after she was caught in X-rated t-shirt at music festival

She’s the Queen of Denmark.
But on Thursday, Australian-born Queen Mary looked to be like any other parent of a teenager, when she was asked about her daughter Princess Isabella’s questionable fashion choices.
Princess Isabella, 18, was spotted at music festival Smukfest in Skanderborg wearing an X-rated T-shirt emblazoned with the words “f***ed him yesterday”, and an arrow pointing to one side.

“At first, I was a little confused,” Queen Mary told reporters in Danish, standing next to husband King Frederik X.
“But let’s put it this way. Some decisions are better than others.”
A number of royal watchers praised Queen Mary for such an appropriate answer.
“Excellent answer,” one person wrote.
“So true, sometimes we don’t make the best decisions. Love how she is basically saying she didn’t agree with her daughter’s decision, but doesn’t put her down for it,” another added.
“My response would be totally like hers!!!” another fan wrote.

Isabella was at the festival with her brother, Crown Prince Christian, and a group of friends when she was caught on camera.
The top is thought to be merchandise for Danish hip hop group Suspekt, who the Princess had been watching at the festival. The trio are known for their explicit and sexual language.
Jarl Cordua, a Danish political commentator, was among a number of people to voice their disgust with royal’s choice of attire.
“’F****d him yesterday’. The rich are having a party because the second-oldest royal child let loose at a festival yesterday wearing a shirt with the aforementioned text,” he wrote on social media in response to royalist and TV presenter Jim Lyngvild, who said her choice of attire was “brilliant”.
“Not surprisingly, there are people who love that kind of thing. I’m also in favour of the royals letting loose a little. They always have. They should definitely be allowed to. BUT. There are limits.”
Cordua continued: “We’ll probably live with that shirt, but I wouldn’t recommend making it a habit. Being royal is an obligation. And it’s probably time for someone to tell her that.”
