Court documents allege Hentz “struck the child multiple times”.
She has been charged with criminal confinement, battery resulting in moderate injury, intimidation, and criminal trespassing as a result.
A video reportedly showing the altercation was shared to social media but has since been taken down.
The video showed a woman on a bus telling a student: “I’m tired of you b**** a** kids at this school.”
Hentz alleged in court documents that her son “had not been acting like himself” due to an “ongoing bullying situation”.
She alleged the 14-year-old child had slapped her son without provocation the day before the bus incident and had been “picking on him for several weeks”.
His school was aware of the situation but the “bullying had not stopped”, she said.
The 14-year-old suffered a fractured nose, an eye injury and bruising in the alleged incident, according to court documents.
The teen told police they joked around with Hentz’s son but denied any previous physical altercation, adding they had been subject to “racist jokes” by Hentz’s son
