Savannah Guthrie reveals chilling contact from mother’s alleged abductors
A chilling development emerges after Savannah Guthrie confirms alleged abductors reached out to her family.

US television host Savannah Guthrie has issued a fresh public plea for the safe return of her mother Nancy, who investigators believe was abducted from her Arizona home under suspicious circumstances last weekend.
In a video shared to Instagram on Sunday morning, Australian time, the NBC Today show presenter appeared to speak directly to those responsible for the disappearance, suggesting her family had been contacted.
“We received your message, and we understand,” Guthrie says.

Guthrie makes it clear in the video that her family are willing to pay and do whatever it takes to get their mother home safely.
The message follows an earlier appeal Guthrie recorded this week amid reports of a ransom communication, in which she said the family had “received your message, and we understand”.
The new footage is being viewed as confirmation that contact has been made with the Guthrie family by those allegedly behind the disappearance, marking a shift in the case after days of uncertainty.
Authorities believe Nancy Guthrie, 84, was taken against her will from her Tucson home. Police have reported signs of forced entry at the property, while DNA testing confirmed blood discovered on the front porch belonged to her.
Investigators have not disclosed further details about the communication reportedly received by the family as inquiries continue.
