Three weeks after viral TikTok toddler Preston Ordone died, his cause of death has been revealed.

The two-year-old — known online as Okay Baby — died from blunt force injuries suffered in a car crash on April 24.

According to PEOPLE, the St. Tammany Parish coroner stated the toddler’s death was accidental.

Preston was in the car with his parents when the vehicle — which was being driven by his father Jaelan — left the road and hit a tree.

He was rushed to hospital with serious injuries but tragically couldn’t be saved.

Preston’s mum Katelynn suffered multiple broken bones and Jaelan was also severely injured.

Louisiana police confirmed on the day of the fatal crash that Preston was “improperly restrained in a child safety seat”.

The family gained more than 600,000 followers on TikTok by posting adorable videos of Preston.

The young boy became known for saying “ok” to his mum’s requests but doing the opposite of what she asked.

Just days ago, Katelynn said she still can’t wrap her head around the fact Preston’s not here.

“I feel like I’ve been trapped in the world’s worst nightmare for 2 weeks that I can’t wake up from,” she wrote on an Instagram post.

“Me, daddy, and Paisley miss you so much. It’s not the same without you. I often find myself looking for you.

“You brought joy to millions of people in the short amount of time you were here on earth with us. There wasn’t a day that went by that you didn’t make us laugh.

“I don’t understand why God would take you from me... but l’m choosing to trust him with you.”
