Armidale, NSW: Woman dies after she was found with multiple stab wounds in Rockvale Road unit
Police said the woman was aged in her 40s.
A woman has died after she was allegedly stabbed multiple times overnight.
NSW Police said they were contacted around 2.15am on Thursday with reports of a stabbing in Armidale.
When they arrived at a unit on Rockvale Road, officers found a woman with multiple stab wounds.

Paramedics treated the woman but despite their efforts, she died at the scene.
A 53-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation launched into the incident.
