Boy, 17, stabbed multiple times at Westfield Parramatta in Sydney on Boxing Day
A teenage boy has allegedly been stabbed multiple times at a shopping centre in Sydney’s west.
The 17-year-old was attacked at Westfield Paramatta about 4pm on Boxing Day following an argument between several young people.

Police say the teenager sustained non-life-threatening “slash wounds” to his arms and back.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to hospital in a stable condition.
It’s believed the attack was targeted and there is no ongoing concern for the public’s safety.
“A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the incident has commenced,” NSW Police said.
It’s understood a group of about 10 youths are now on the run.
Shoppers and staff barricaded themselves inside stores while the incident unfolded.
Pictures obtained by 7NEWS show multiple drops of blood on the floor inside the centre.
Multiple emergency services vehicles were also seen outside.
