A two-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after a near-drowning incident in a pool on the NSW Central Coast on Tuesday.

The toddler had been pulled from the pool and was conscious when NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived at the home in Picketts Valley about 3pm.

After receiving treatment at the scene, the boy was airlifted in a “serious but stable condition” to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead by the CareFlight helicopter.
