Major update in search for missing boy, three, from Oxenford in Queensland after amber alert was issued
Queensland police have located a three-year-old boy, who went missing from the Gold Coast.
Officers gave a short update to the media on Thursday, saying he had been located.
A search was launched on Wednesday, after the boy was taken from Vine Circuit at Oxenford, about 11.30pm.

The pair left on foot.
On Thursday, Gold Coast reporter Georgia Costi spoke about the missing boy.
“Police say they have serious concerns for this three-old-boy’s safety, and that is what they say they have no choice but to issue this amber alert this morning,” Costi said.
“The little boy was taken from a home in Oxenford which is on the northern end of the Gold Coast around 11:30 last night, and he left on foot with a 30-year-old woman known to him.”
