Man, 30, critically injured in third serious Gold Coast motorbike crash in as many days
A man was critically injured when he rode his motorbike into the gutter of a Gold Coast road, then into a tree.
The 30-year-old man was riding on Wardoo St in Southport when he crashed about 12.50pm on Thursday.
He suffered a significant head injury and was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.

On Tuesday, a 25-year-old man crashed his motorbike into a Kia Stinger in Paradise Point before succumbing to his injuries in hospital the following day.
A 20-year-old man crashed his motorbike into a car on Cotlew St in Southport about 11am on Wednesday.
He suffered a life-threatening head injury.
