Mount Sinai School: Anti-Semitic attack next to Maroubra school, metres from previous childcare centre target
A home next to a Sydney school is the latest target of another anti-Semitic attack, with disgusting hate language sprayed onto a fence just metres away from a previous target.
The property, next to the gate of Mount Sinai School in Maroubra, was sprayed with vile anti-Semitic hate speech on Thursday morning.
Mount Sinai School, an Orthodox Jewish primary, preschool, early learning and daycare centre in Sydney’s south-eastern suburbs, is located near a childcare centre that was targeted in an anti-Semitic attack last week.

“I can reveal that a college in Maroubra, metres away from the Only About Children child care centre that was targeted last week in Maroubra, a home has been spray painted,” Tapper said.
“I won’t repeat what was written but it was a crude, vile, anti-Semitism slur.
“It has been spray painted on the front of a home which is next door to the Mount Sinai College in Maroubra.
“The board of Jewish Deputies has come out this morning and slammed this.
“They said, ‘This is grotesque and sickening to have been spray painted next to a school’.”
Mount Sinai School principal Noelene Bellingham sent a letter to parents saying 24/7 security would now used.
“I regret to inform you that last night our school was targeted by anti-Semitic graffiti,” she wrote.
“Police and security are both investigating the matter with additional steps now being taken to boost security 24/7.
“While these are challenging time, I want to reassure you that we are a strong community and we will get through this together.”
NSW Police have been approached for comment.
