Man dies days after tragic Christmas Day crash near Darwin
A man has died in hospital after a tragic Christmas Day crash south of Darwin.
The 74-year-old man was driving on Wheewall Rd in Berry Springs when he crashed just after 7pm on December 25.
Paramedics treated him at the scene before he was rushed to Royal Darwin Hospital in a critical condition.

No other cars were involved in the crash.
Police said they were still investigating the circumstances of the crash and will prepare a report for the coroner.
He was the 60th death on Northern Territory roads this year, marking the worst annual road toll in the Top End in more than a decade.
