A man has died in hospital following a dramatic crash on NSW’s Central Coast last week.

Emergency services were called to Old Pacific Highway, Mooney Mooney Creek, after reports of a single-vehicle crash about 5pm on Saturday, February 8.

Police say the car crashed into an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll onto its roof.

The driver and two passengers were injured and taken to The Royal North Shore Hospital.

A 77-year-old man died in hospital on Thursday.

Police are investigating the crash and inquiries are ongoing. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
