Full list of childcare centres where accused worker Hamish Tait was employed released by AFP
Police have released 62 childcare centres linked to the accused worker facing 329 charges, as investigators continue trying to identify more alleged victims.
A Sydney childcare worker accused of committing hundreds of offences against children has been publicly identified after losing a court bid to keep his name secret, as police reveal the dozens of centres where he worked.
Hamish Tait, 35, on Monday failed in an attempt to have his identity suppressed, with a Sydney judge siding with the Australian Federal Police, prosecutors and media organisations who argued against secrecy.
Mr Tait has been charged with producing child abuse material while employed at childcare and early education centres across north-west Sydney between 2009 and 2025.

Authorities said families of all identified alleged victims have already been contacted.

The AFP also allege Mr Tait shared child abuse material overseas on three occasions, though Acting Commander Needham said there is no evidence to suggest he uploaded material to the dark web.
While most of the alleged offending occurred in NSW, police say there was some “limited offending” in another state.
“There are 22 victims who we are yet to positively identify and that’s why I would point the community to our website,” Mr Needham said.
“We would ask the community to consider what they might be able to share with the AFP which we hope goes some way in assisting us in identifying those other 22 alleged victims.”
Police also warned some of the alleged victims may now be adults, given the length of time over which the alleged abuse is said to have occurred.
